       The group was founded in 2001 and is a large conglomerate specializing in the design, mining, and research and development of open-pit and underground mines. The company has currently obtained qualifications such as first level general contracting for mining engineering construction, first level professional contracting for building electromechanical installation engineering, first level professional contracting for fire protection facilities engineering, and second level qualifications for blasting design and construction issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Rural Development. It is one of the earliest enterprises in the domestic mining industry to pass the ISO9001-2000 quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety management system certification, and currently holds 17 patents for mining inventions and utility models.

       Due to the continuous downturn of the mining industry in recent years, the company has adjusted its industrial structure in a timely manner, implemented a diversified development strategy transformation, and actively expanded overseas projects while maintaining the existing mining development foundation. At present, the company's mining construction projects have expanded to countries such as Serbia.

       Continue to focus on the "leading" industry of mining construction, cooperate with strategic cooperation units such as Zijin Mining Co., Ltd., Gansu Jinchuan Company, and Chongqing Geological Survey Bureau to accelerate the business expansion of overseas mining projects, and continue to promote the development strategy of going overseas, expanding overseas, and rooting in overseas. Strive to successfully promote investment in 2-3 mature mining projects (gold mine, iron mine, coal mine), forming a group style control company with mining construction as the main focus, multi sector cooperation, and diversified operation.

       In the next three years, the company's focus will be on accelerating negotiations for mining projects in countries such as Russia, the Democratic Republic of Congo in Africa, Australia, Indonesia, and Laos. In the foreseeable future, mining construction will be the main source of revenue for the company. According to the group's development strategy plan, we aim to increase the mining construction output value by 15% -20% annually in the next two years.
